Many industries and application are dealing with aggressive liquids in production. Media compatibility and chemical robustness of the used equipment is crucial to ensure longterm operation and safety. LevelSys T was designed to meet these requirements.
The modern float design allows to measure almost down to the bottom of the tank. The One piece design guarantees the protection of the hermetically sealed pcb board which is essential for the sustainable operation of the entire sensor in harsh environments.
The PTFE-Design of the entire housing ensures maximum reliability and operational availability of the entire sensor in harsh environments. It is made out of 100% PTFE which ensures a high compatibility with many different chemical and ingredients.
Depending of the version and options the sensor can be used either by detecting the precise actual liquid level in the tank by providing a continuous analogue output signal which is proportional to the liquid level in the tank or the sensor can be used as a simple switching device monitoring customized alarm levels.
